Interferometer V-100

Interferometer are an indispensable measurement tool in optical production and quality control. They are used for a wide variety of applications. Examples are testing of flatness and sphericity of optical surfaces, radius measurement and the testing of the power of optical systems.

The V - 100 product series is based on many years of experience of
MOELLER -WEDEL -OPTICAL GmbH and its employees in the development and production of interferometers. Depending on the field of application two variants of interferometer are available.

The phase interferometer V-100/P is used in vendor inspection and quality control of high precision optical components. It offers an automatic software-based evaluation of phase-shifted interferograms. Due to its robust evaluation algorithm a high measurement accuracy is achieved.

The main field of application of the fringe interferometer V-100 is the optical production and workshop. It allows an easy to use visual inspection of optical components. An additionally available software for fringe evaluation supports the user and increases the measurement accuracy. Further on, it is also possible to upgrade the interferometer V-100 to the phase-shifting interferometer V-100/P.
